Sexy Mother Pucker: Soap & Glory

Let me start by saying I LOVE SOAP & GLORY. I have loved their skincare and bodycare products ever since I started using them and I love their packaging which is shallowly a big thing for me.

I did a post on the Soap & Glory Supercat eyeliner here, which I love and I was yet to own anything else from the new cosmetics range they launched last year. I am absolutely obssessed with lip products, nearly as much as nail varnish and have way too many to wear but I get so carried away.

I bought the (ridiculously long name coming) Super-Colour Fabulipstick Powercoat Matte Longwear Lipstick...and breath - in 'Pom Pom' and I think it might actually be my first matte lipstick I own but I LOVE it, the consistency is lovely and it does stay put for ages, there is a photo of my wearing it on a night out at the bottom. The only problem is this finish only comes in two other colours which were actually quite similar but not as nice. When you find a lipstick or finish you like it's nice to be able to have a couple/few in different colours I think.

I also bought the Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Fuchsia-ristic which is a bit similar to the Revlon balm stains but glossier. It glides on smoothly, smells fruity and leaves a lovely amount of colour on the lips.

In general I do find Soap & Glory over priced, the lipstick is was meant to be £9 and the gloss stick £8 but I bought them on a buy one get one 1/2 price deal in boots which made them a bit more reasonable.

I liked the gloss stick so much I bought my friend one for her birthday and she loves it so I would definitely reccommend both of these products but maybe wait until Boots have a cheeky deal on!

Lipstick RRP: £9.00
Gloss stick RRP: £8.00

Do you like Soap & Glory products? Which have you tried?

  1. I haven't tried any of the other lip products from the Soap and Glory range other than the original Sexy Mother Pucker, so I'm definitely going to look for them the next time I go into Boots! XX
